A wide range of powders

We offer a wide range of TITANIUM POWDERS and GRANULES for a wide range of applications.

We stock coarse titanium powder, sponge granules, turnings up to 4mm in size for metallurgical additions by various means. In addition we can supply ferro titanium powder for additions.

Suitable for many applications

We produce specialised titanium powder and flakes for pyrotechnic applications. These are Active Metals type 1, type 2 and type 3 grades. Sizes can be produced From 2000 down to 45 microns.

Active Metals stocks many special grades of titanium powder, for example high purity low iron powder for electronic applications, fine powder for composite materials, welding and plasma spraying quality powder, powder for pressing into components, medical parts, filters and many other applications.

In addition to our standard stock qualities, where possible we will produce bespoke sizes in our Sheffield plant to meet specific customer requirements.
